The PSE Bull Run: Takbo Para Sa Ekonomiya is an annual running event organized by the Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (PSE), as part of its advocacy campaign to inform the people about the Philippine stock market.
The PSE Bull Run has been envisioned to serve as one of PSE’s key marketing projects. This event aims not only to raise stock market awareness but also to promote camaraderie among PSE employees, listed companies and the trading participants.
Now in its 8th year, the 2012 edition of the PSE Bull Run: Takbo Para Sa Ekonomiya will take place on Sunday, 08 January 2012, 4:00 a.m., at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.
The Bull Run 2012 is organized by AdEvents Manila.
Participants can join any of the five competitive categories: the 3K, 5K, 10K,16K and 21K races. Male and female winners in each category will receive cash prizes and trophies, with all participants getting a chance to win prizes in a raffle draw at the end of the races.

Halatang sarili niyo lang po iniisip niyo. Cancel ang 3k, 5k, 10k? Di lang po ikaw ang may gusto tumakbo. At lahat tayo nagsimula sa short distances. Kung wala ang 3k, 5k, 10k, di ka aabot sa 21k. Maaga po naannounce ang run na to at pinauna na mo ng organizers na limited ang slots. Kung desidido ka sanang tumakbo, e di sana nagregister ka ng maaga. Marami pa pong run sir/ma’am, agahan na lang po natin next time ang registration para di maubusan.

cosign pacer. the organizer is just looking out for the runners’ safety. mahirap na masyado ihandle ang ganong karaming runners. nothing against the organizers, pero kahit runrio, di basta basta nagdagdag ng slots e.
we just wish you could still open additional slot for the 21k and 16k…..sayang naman kc madami pa dn ang gustong tumakbo under this 2 events…..
i am arriving in manila from belgium on the 6th of january. is there any way i can register for the 21k or 16k on the day of the race? and is the starting time really at 4 a.m. or is that a typo?

hi! we’ve ran out of 16K and 21K race bibs. 4:00 AM is the assembly time. gun start is at 5:15 AM for the 21K.
magoopen po ba kayo ng registration for 3k, 5k, 10k on the venue before the gun starts? or anyone knows where can i register my friends for 3k? thanks…

Sa umaangal na wala ng slots, I think the organizers were responsible enough to inform us that slots are limited. It is up to us runners who should be aware when the registration be open. I think PSE Bull run made its mark by correcting that having a limited slots is better than opening it entirely to all… Alam natin na hindi “PERA” ang habol nila di tulad ng iba na sasagarin kahit sobrang daming runners na hindi na kaya mismo ng kalsada… Iba ang running for a cause kaysa running for your own cause… So learn from your own mistake, register early… if not, hanap ka ng ibang event…
